What we collect

• Details you give us when booking: name, email, phone, business name, website addresses and your message.
• Website addresses entered into the free quick check, and your IP address (used briefly to prevent abuse).

Why we use it

• To respond to your request and deliver the service you book (contract).
• To protect the quick check from misuse (legitimate interests).

Who we share it with

Only the service providers we need to run this website and send email (e.g. our hosting and email providers). We never sell your data.

AI assistant

Our website assistant is an AI provided by ElevenLabs. If you talk or chat to it, your messages (and voice, if you use it) and any free check results you ask about are processed by ElevenLabs to run the conversation, and may be recorded so we can follow up and improve the service. Don't share passwords or payment details with it.

Website analytics

We use Vercel Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful. It doesn't use cookies or identify you personally: it records things like the page viewed, the referring site, country and device type, in aggregate.

How long we keep it

Booking enquiries that don't go ahead: 12 months. Client records: 6 years, for tax and legal purposes.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it, by emailing us. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
